Many travellers understand the need to have insurance; We highly recommend that you take out insurance to provide adequate cover for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage and curtailment or cancellation of trip. Individuals are responsible to finance on the spot medical treatment and other contingencies, and then to reclaim this from insurance, if covered. We do not offer or provide any insurance coverage for travellers booking online or by phone. It is our responsibility to obtain your own coverage and be familiar with the insurance coverage purchased and ensure that the coverage meets your travel needs. We do not require any guest to purchase or maintain insurance to make a reservation with Interval Florida Vacations.
Interval Florida Vacations also understands that on occasion, you can't reschedule your reserved dates and you feel you must cancel to book at a later date instead. If you would prefer to reschedule, we will gladly allow you to change locations, dates or extend travel times as needed. If you booked in person after consulting with your travel agent, Your agent may be allowed to change your itinerary at no cost on a case by case basis, unless the reservation is being made during any peak or Holiday Season. The cancellation policy is non-negotiable and whenever a client is unable to travel as originally intended due to unforeseen circumstances and ineligible for a refund as set forth in the terms of purchase, We will continue to stand behind our services and guarantee to customize your next vacation as needed to utilize the funds paid for your future travel.
